Dr. Allison Serrano, a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and Board Certified Acupuncturist, is passionate about health and wellness and how the benefits can be life-changing. She dedicated years to studying various healing arts to best help her patients. She holds three degrees and multiple certifications in the health field. Her unique educational background in several areas of holistic medicine enables her to combine Western and Eastern Medicine to create a truly integrative patient experience.

Dr. Serrano completed her medical education and clinical training at National University of Health Sciences in Chicago, Illinois. She also holds a Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from South Baylo University, and interned at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. She is a California licensed Naturopathic Doctor, Board Certified Acupuncturist and a Certified Nutrition Specialist®. Before moving to Monterey, Dr. Wills Serrano was in private practice in Newport Beach, California and on staff at the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine through the Susan Samueli Center for Integrative Health.
As a doctor trained in Naturopathic, Eastern and Functional medicine, in addition to Western Medicine, Dr. Serrano incorporates her breadth of knowledge to help her patients reach optimal health. Dr. Allison Serrano creates customized treatment plans for each patient, incorporating a variety of effective integrative and natural therapies such as nutrition, Functional Medicine Testing, Western and Chinese Herbal Medicine, lifestyle counseling, acupuncture, IV Nutrient therapy, and natural hormone balancing.
She is a member of the Endocrinology Association of Naturopathic Physicians, California Naturopathic Doctors Association, and the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher. Dr. Allison Wills Serrano lives in Pacific Grove with her husband and son. In her free time, she loves to run, hike around beautiful Monterey and spend time with her family.
